I am Scott H. Marder, the business litigation lawyer, not the Scott Marder who is in the entertainment industry out west.
I have practiced law for more than twenty-five years. As crazy as it sounds, I still love what I do. I take pride in helping my clients find solutions to their pressing business problems. My work includes representing clients in the courtroom in business litigation, before regulatory bodies and in government investigations.
I get to know my clients, their industries and their worries. With this knowledge, I partner with them to prevent problems before they occur. Whether it is rewriting a contract, providing a seminar for their employees and in-house lawyers, or just picking up the phone late in the evening when they call, my goal is to help my clients focus on their business and sleep better.
